Film Project Research- Baby Driver

In the opening of Baby Driver, a lot is revealed. The sound editing reveals a great deal about the character, Baby. Many tracking shots, close ups, and midshots in the first 8 minutes. The soundtrack was diegetic, as it was played through Baby's iPod. The director leaves hints of high-pitched noises to simulate the main character's tinnitus. The scene's lighting is very bright, The costume design sets apart all of the characters vividly. The protagonist wears black and white to depict his two ways of life, and the antagonists wear vibrant colors. The jobs featured in the credits are actors, casting agencies, costume designer, choreographer, composer, editors, production designers, directors, producers, and writers. The film had a budget of 34 million dollars and a box office of 229.9 million dollars. Baby Driver won the awards of Most Anticipated Movie of 2017, Best Headliners in SXSW Film Festival, and Best Sound editing for International Online Cinema Awards.
